Making a purchase from your One-Stop-ElectricalShop could not be easier. Just follow these 3 easy steps to place your order:
Locate the page which shows the item you are looking for by using the catalogue navigation menu, search box, search page or site map page links. All of which can be found at the top of each page on the website.
Once you have found an item you wish to purchase, click on one of the quantity buttons located immediately below it. This will add the item to your shopping trolley, once you have entered the quantity required. To continue adding items to your trolley, click on the 'Confirm' button. Then either select more items from the page or select others by using the procedure as outlined in step 1 above.Please be aware that simply putting items into your shopping trolley does not commit you to buying them. Imagine you are in the supermarket - you are only committed to buying once you reach the checkout.
By clicking on the 'View Trolley' link (located at the top of each page on the website) it is possible to amend the quantities of any items you have added to your shopping trolley or completely remove them altogether.
Once you are happy with your shopping trolley's contents, click on the 'Checkout' link (located at the top of each page on the website). Fill in your details (please ensure these are correct) then click the 'Next' button this will take you to another form where you can supply us with extra information including your preferred payment method, click the 'Next' button again. You will arrive at the secure (note the padlock in the lower right corner of your browser) WorldPay payment page where you will be able to safely pay for your order by using your credit/debit card, only if this is the payment method you have requested.Finally your receipt will be displayed which we recommend you print out. This receipt will also act as an order form if you have either chosen to fax us with your credit/debit card information or you have chosen to send your payment by post in the form of either a postal order or cheque, please do not send cash. If you have opted for the latter then please print two copies of the receipt, therefore allowing you to have a copy of your own.
The address you enter on the checkout form will automatically be used as your invoice and delivery address. Shortly after placing your order, you will receive an email showing your order number and confirming details of your order. Please make a note of this number, as you will need it for any further communication. You will subsequently receive another email from ElectricalShop.Net indicating that we have received payment for your order.
