Customer satisfaction is our number one aim, so if for any reason you are unhappy with your goods, you can return them to us within 14 days (notifying us first please). We will refund your money once we have received your goods and checked they are in the same condition as they were when we sent them out.
Please be aware that it will be your responsibility to cover the costs of returning the goods including the postage, packaging and sufficient insurance to cover any damage that may occur in transit.
The Customer must inspect the goods as soon as reasonably practicable after delivery. In the unlikely event your received goods are defective or there is something else wrong with your order. Please email our Customer Services Department within 5 days of your delivery quoting your order number and what the problem is. Then we will make arrangements for the free collection of your goods. Once we have received them back we will either replace the goods free of charge or give you a refund.
